i was supposed to scrap these photos as my entry for the scrapbukan mme challenge. but like i said in my earlier post, i couldn't get the drive to finish this layout.
now, a month after, i am finally able to finish this layout.
for this layout, i tried "mixing" patterned papers. i wasn't too bold in the mix of papers but i think this is a step towards experimenting on a new style.
you see, i have never tried mixing pp's from different manufacturers in 1 layout. i just never had the guts to try. it's either i use a number of papers from 1 manufacturer or i end up just using 1 patterned paper for my layouts.
some of my scrapping friends said that i should start mixing up papers in my layouts. i am taking heed of this advise, but ever so slowly.
