four of my nieces and nephews celebrated their birthday in april. and to celebrate it, my cousins and tito & tita, with my mom and brother tagging along, went to fontana for a 3-day weekend celebration. my niece shared the photos she took and this is what i scrapped for this layout.scrappin kids has an ongoing sketch challenge and i used it as inspiration for this layout. instead of spacing out the photos, i bunched them all together to create a series of shots.
lately, i've been trying to use up some of my old stash for my layouts. i used here brads, loopy brads and fiber. first time that i've used that felt sticker as well. and that bazzill chipboard letters have been with me for ages. oh, and did you see that monster, ain't it cute! that's part of the paper design from the daisy bucket papers.
materials used: cardstock - dcwv; patterned paper - daisy bucket; brads - karen foster, aas; chipboard - bazill, american crafts; sticker - making memories; rub-ons - fontwerks; felt - q&co; journal spot - heidi swapp; ink - brilliance; others - paper clip, fiber, googly eyes

ReplyDeleteYou just reminded me. I have lots of brads too. And I've had those loopy brads for ages and I have no idea how and where to use them, or why I bought them in the first place. :D Tsk...tsk...
Note to self: Before buying embellishments next time, try to picture how I will use them. Stop buying stuff just because they are pretty. :D
