this is my layout for the february challenge at the pretty committee. the theme is "time for change." join in and you might get a chance to win some goodies from paper trail studio.
i decided to scrap about my weight issues with myself. as you can see in the photos, that is my weight progression since 2004. i wasn't really thin in 2004 but i definitely lost a lot of weight then. but sadly, i gained them all back, and more, over the course of years. hopefully, scrapping about it will make me commit more to a better me in 2009.

Journal:
I've gained so much weight over the past years. I admit I lost control, I lost the drive to keep the weight off. Life just took over. It was easier to put off going to the gym than making a conscious effort to lose it. I've actually done it before, lose the weight that is. This year I vow to lose it once more. I know I can do this. I must drive myself to believe that I can and I will. One step at a time. I will conquer this. (Feb '09)
materials used: patterned papers - prima, webster's pages, mme, sassafrass lass; journal note - making memories; alpha - heidi swapp, buzz and bloom, fancy pants; stickers - scrapworks, making memories; flowers - prima; rub-ons - autumn leaves; chipboard clock - heidi swapp; brads - making memories, others;ink - brilliance, versamagic; stamp - stampendous
