cool! i got these gift certificates from starbucks in the mail today.well, actually, this was a result of a complaint i made for one of their food products during the holy week.
my favorite at starbucks, aside from the frappucino is their belgian waffle. i make it a point to order this when we're there. unfortunately, the waffle we ordered at that time turned out to be dry and hard! and that's the second time that has happened! so i left a complaint via their feedback form.
last week, love, from their customer service department emailed me, appreciated my comment for their improvement, and offered to send me a complimentary gift certificate.
and that's what i got today! yipee! nelo & i will have a starbucks date this weekend. hehehe!
wow.. they serve waffles at your starbucks??
